is this you?

Here's how to know if Just the Investments is right for you.

You have $250,000 or more in investable assets—whether that's savings, an old 401(k), an inheritance, or a combination.
You want your investments professionally managed, not just advised on.
You already have a handle on your broader financial picture, you just want a trusted professional running your portfolio.
You understand that building wealth takes time, and you want a strategy built around your timeline and your comfort level with risk.
You're looking to actively trade or make frequent moves based on market activity.
You're still building your financial foundation. If high-interest debt or a missing emergency fund are the priority right now, this isn't the right next step.
You want to call the shots on every investment decision. This is a managed relationship, not an execution service.
You're someone who does not treat people with kindness and respect. That matters to us as much as the financials do.
WHAT WE HANDLE

Everything that goes into managing your money well.

Portfolio Construction
Built around your timeline and how much volatility you can actually stomach—not a generic template.
Ongoing Rebalancing
Your portfolio stays aligned with your strategy, not just wherever the market happened to land.
Tax-Loss Harvesting
We look for opportunities to offset gains and reduce your tax burden throughout the year.
Tax Allocation Strategy
The right investments in the right account types—so you're not leaving tax efficiency on the table.
Risk Assessment
Using a scoring process, we build a portfolio matched to how you actually feel when markets get noisy.
Consolidation of Old 401(k)s and IRAs
We bring everything together so nothing is sitting forgotten in a default fund from a job you left years ago.
Performance Reporting & Reviews
Twice a year we sit down together, look at where things stand, and make sure the plan still fits your life.
Client Portal Access
Log in anytime to see exactly where your money is and how it's performing—no waiting on a quarterly statement.

HOW WE INVEST

We don't react.
We plan.

Markets go up. Markets go down. That's not news—and it's not a reason to make emotional decisions with your money.
Finchly manages portfolios with a long-term philosophy: we build a strategy around when you actually need your money and how you feel watching your balance move up and down. Then we stick to it. We're not watching headlines and making reactive moves. We're watching your portfolio and managing it with intention.
What It Costs

Assets Under Management (AUM) fee is deducted quarterly from the account value directly. Generally, householding your accounts will result in a financial benefit to you due to reduced overall management fees; you should consider householding where applicable. Finchly Finance uses the program My Advice Architect for all advisory accounts. Please refer to firm's ADV Part 2A and the client's agreement for additional platform, strategist or any related fees that may apply.

What does this look
like in practice?

Here's an example of what your fee would look like once we consolidate and manage your accounts.

Let's say you have:
  • An old 401(k) from a previous employer: $600,000
  • An IRA: $250,000
  • An inheritance: $400,000
Total: $1,250,000

Because we household all of your accounts together, your fee is calculated in tiers—not a flat rate on the full balance:
  • First $1,000,000 at 1.25% = $12,500
  • Remaining $250,000 at 1.00% = $2,500
Total annual fee: approximately $15,000 or roughly $3,750 per quarter

That fee is deducted directly from your account each quarter. No separate invoice. No out-of-pocket payment.

The example is hypothetical only and does not represent an actual client.
